So you're visiting Penn - great!  The first thing you will want to do is to inform us *as soon as  possible*, at least two-three weeks beforehand (as per the Ivy Band Agreement). Email our Travel Manager Zach Klitzman (klitzman@sas.upenn.edu) and the Penn Band Board (pennband-board@dolphin.upenn.edu).  As soon as you notify us, we'll help you secure a practice field, overnight housing, offer suggestions for things to do in Philadelphia, and most importantly, seating/halftime performance time at the sporting event!  The sooner you notify us of your intentions to visit, the easier it will be for everyone!

We are now required to register all guests with the University and distribute guest passes.  Thus, it is *imperative* that you email our Travel Manager and the Penn Band Board  as soon as you know that your group will be visiting!
