What can’t this girl do? A national rodeo champion, distance runner, and tune-belting diva, we are endlessly impressed with Kat. As the resident Jewish grandmother in the group, it is her job to stuff your face and her own with all sorts of unhealthy treats like donut holes, Doritos, and chocolate and to do so with a smile. Kat recently showed us her own rendition of “Dances with Wolves” across the ENTIRE Class of ’49 auditorium. And then she did sit-ups for 30 minutes. And then ran a marathon. And then ate an entire Christmas ham. Oh Kat (kitty, kitty)!
