Welcome to the University of Pennsylvania Chess Club. Our mission is to promote the interest in observing, studying, and playing the royal game, that is, chess, by members of the university community and the general public. We welcome chess players of all backgrounds, from beginners to masters (to grandmasters). We are here because we appreciate the game of chess and because we enjoy the social and intellectual atmosphere it offers. So come out and join the fun!
