AMSA is a national organization comprised of pre-medical students, medical students, and physicians. Penn's AMSA chapter serves undergraduate pre-medical students in many ways.

We are highly dedicated to helping pre-medical students get involved in community service, research, and other extracurricular activities. We also guide pre-medical students with course selection and applying to medical schools.  AMSA hosts a variety of events, such as panels on medical specialties, a physician shadowing program, peer mentoring, and socials or other outings related to careers in medicine.
